Membership
The Building Owners and Managers Association is the most influential professional organization representing the commercial real estate industry with over 17,000 members nationwide. Join other Virginia commercial real estate owners and property managers, facility managers, brokers and vendors and become a member of the nation's largest and most successful association for commercial real estate professionals.
BOMA Virginia currently represents members in the Richmond and Hampton Roads areas of Virginia. If you are located in Northern Virginia please visit BOMA Metropolitan/Washington (AOBA).
Principal Membership is available to commercial real estate owners and managers as well as facility managers, corporate facility professionals and medical office building professionals.
Allied Membership is available to vendors that provide a service or products (i.e. HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc) to commercial properties and corporate facilities.
