BEEP® (BOMA Energy Efficiency Program)
This groundbreaking program has been developed by the BOMA Foundation in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ENERGY STAR® program and is supported in part by a grant from the EPA.
BEEP's six-course series gives you the information, strategies, technologies, how-to-guides and resources you need to reduce energy and costs. Each seminar is delivered conveniently via web-assisted audio seminars.

Foundations of Real Estate Management
The program was originally developed and for the past 3-4 years successfully delivered by BOMA/Atlanta to address the shortage of new, young talent in the real estate industry. BOMA International agreed to revise, update, and repackage the curriculum for national distribution.
The program offers:
- A soup-to-nuts, 5-module, 26-hour entry-level course, covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management, and more
- Classroom instruction from seasoned pros, reinforced by behind-the-scenes tours of outstanding buildings
- Live, in-person training with small class sizes to facilitate learning, discussion, and team activities
- A complete package—instruction, peer networking, property tours, and a comprehensive course manual that is easy to read and understand and a valuable resource back on the job
